Hello, and welcome. Over the last three decades I've been transferring what I actually do in psychotherapy, and what I have taught and written about for so many years, into this online self help program.

The goal of this program is positive mental health, which means freedom from the symptoms of anxiety and depression; and the freedom to be your best self.

The way to get there is to learn the skill that you have never been taught, and that is how to think about yourself; your feelings, your problems and worries, and the many challenges you face as you move through the life cycle.
